Information in contact messages
The form collects the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. Name, email, and subject are required; the message field is optional. The form is configured to send this information by email to the website’s contact mailbox, so the submission also passes through the systems that deliver and store email.
This information enables us to understand your inquiry and reply using the email address you supply. Spam-protection features may process the submission and associated technical information to help distinguish legitimate messages from abuse.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents, medical records, or confidential information about another person. You do not need to describe a private psychic reading in order to ask a website question.
Comments, avatars, and existing accounts

Retention and security
Published comments and their metadata can remain on the website indefinitely unless removed. Existing account information can remain in WordPress while an account is maintained. Contact messages may remain in the contact mailbox, associated email archives, and backups after a reply has been sent.
The lifetime of copies in hosting, email, security, and backup systems can differ. You can ask about the information associated with a particular interaction or request its removal through the contact form. Information that must be retained for legal, administrative, or security reasons may not be immediately removable.
A request to remove information from the website cannot automatically remove copies held independently by a third-party service, another visitor, or a search engine. Where appropriate, contact that service as well.
